Pregnancy

Whether you are preparing to have a child or an experienced parent, there are changes and challenges that take place at each stage for you and your family. My goal is to partner with you on your journey each step of the way and support you through the transitions. Each form of complimentary therapy I use in my practice is just that: complimentary - to meet you where you are at, with what you are currently doing. And it's safe for all ages, including infants.

Getting There...

Many questions can come up as one is thinking about starting a family, and it's important to not only get physically prepared, but emotionally as well. Each person encounters different obstacles and concerns, from infertility to nutritional questions to physical and emotional worries. These can all be addressed by energy medicine, homeopathy and counseling.

Pregnancy:

Pregnancy is an exciting and simultaneously challenging time in a woman's life. There’s a lot going on and a lot to think about while pregnant: hormone swings, nausea and digestive issues, sleep deprivation, aches and pains, and anxiety about the changes to come (to name a few). Getting support and complimentary care during these stages is important in facilitating a healthy birth experience.

Birth/After birth:

Having support during the birthing process is very important and can help to create a positive experience for both mom and baby. I encourage my clients to be in touch with me at each stage because many of the challenges and changes can be addressed by homeopathic and energy medicine.

Childbirth is a hugely emotional and physical experience for both mom and baby, and each person responds in their own unique way. During the postpartum period, women are recovering from the whole pregnancy and birth experience, adjusting to a new life and trying to get to know their child. There are a lot of questions and uncertainties that can arise, especially for first time mothers. Having support during this life-changing, delicate time is important for your health and the health of your baby. Complimentary medicine and treatment can really help with this transition.
